Overview

Living in Enterprise

A large unincorporated township that has become one of the most active new-home markets in Southern Nevada.

Enterprise is an unincorporated town in southern Clark County, spread across the southwest and south sides of the Las Vegas Valley. It grew from open desert into one of the fastest-expanding communities in the country over the last two decades, and it now contains some of the valley's best-known master plans — including Mountain's Edge, Southern Highlands, Rhodes Ranch, and Silverado Ranch.

Because so much of Enterprise was built recently, buyers here tend to find newer homes, modern floor plans, and neighborhood amenities like parks, trails, and community pools. The 215 Beltway wraps the area, putting Harry Reid International Airport, the south end of the Strip, and Henderson within a short drive.

Enterprise is not a single subdivision — it is a collection of distinct neighborhoods at different price points, from attached townhomes and starter single-family homes to gated golf communities and custom estates along the western foothills.

Market

The Enterprise market

Market snapshot
Newer inventory, wide price range, steady relocation demand.

Because Enterprise skews new, resale homes here often compete with active new-construction phases nearby — which can give buyers negotiating options and gives sellers a strong, well-kept product to stand out with. Pricing spans widely by neighborhood and lot; for current, address-specific numbers, use a live search or ask us for a neighborhood-level comparative market analysis.

Commute & access

The 215 Beltway is the spine of the area. Most of Enterprise is roughly 10–25 minutes from the airport, the south Strip, Town Square, and Henderson's St. Rose corridor, depending on your neighborhood.

Schools

Schools serving Enterprise

Enterprise is served by the Clark County School District, along with a number of charter and private options.

Public schools in Enterprise are part of the Clark County School District (CCSD), the fifth-largest district in the nation. Assigned schools vary by exact address, so we always confirm current zoning for any home you're considering rather than relying on a general area guide.

Families also weigh charter and private options across the southwest valley. For up-to-date ratings and attendance-zone lookups, GreatSchools.org and the CCSD zoning tool are the most reliable sources, and we're glad to pull the assigned schools for any specific listing.

FAQ

Enterprise real estate FAQ

Is Enterprise part of Las Vegas?

Enterprise is an unincorporated town within Clark County, not part of the City of Las Vegas proper — but it's very much part of the Las Vegas metro and carries Las Vegas mailing addresses.

Is Enterprise a good area for new construction?

Yes. Enterprise has been one of the valley's most active new-home markets for years, so buyers looking for newer floor plans and builder incentives often focus here. We can compare active new-build phases against resale value for you.

What price range should I expect?

It varies a lot by neighborhood — from attached homes and starter single-family homes to gated golf communities and custom estates. Rather than quote a single number, we'll run a current comparative market analysis for the specific area you like.

How far is Enterprise from the Strip and airport?

Most of Enterprise is roughly 10–20 minutes from Harry Reid International Airport and the south end of the Strip, thanks to the 215 Beltway.
