The Mesa covers 497 acres and began development in 2004, according to Summerlin's history page. The village sits near the 215 Beltway at Russell Road and Hualapai Way, per Las Vegas Review-Journal coverage from 2017. Bishop Gorman High School, a private school for grades 9 through 12, opened in the village in 2007.

Builder and press materials name several neighborhoods in the village: Cielo by Woodside, Monte Bello by Richmond American, Vista Dulce, a Toll Brothers townhome community, and Mesa Ridge, also by Toll Brothers. Builder lineups change as communities sell out, so confirm what is currently selling before you compare.
Mesa Ridge is gated and has 322 homes in 14 designs from 3,236 to 5,007 square feet, according to Toll Brothers. Model homes opened in October 2020. The neighborhood amenity center has a pool, fire pits, an outdoor kitchen, a lounge, a bocce court and a fitness area.
Mesa Park, at 5401 Mesa Park Drive, covers 19 acres according to Summerlin. Clark County's parks locator lists baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic areas, a playground and restrooms.
School zoning is set by the Clark County School District and can change. Confirm the zoned schools for any address with CCSD before you rely on them.
Redfin lists a median sale price of $764,739 for The Mesa in July 2026, down 9.0 percent from a year earlier. Because Mesa Ridge homes of 3,236 square feet and up sit in the same village as townhomes, one figure does not value a specific home.
Ask for the HOA resale package to confirm current dues and what they cover, find out whether the neighborhood has its own association on top of the Summerlin one, and compare the home against recent sales in the same builder neighborhood.
