Summerlin lists three parks in the village: The Willows Park, Willows Paseo Park and Spotted Leaf Park. Clark County's parks locator lists The Willows Park at 2775 Desert Marigold Lane with a basketball court, recreation center, playground, ball field, pool and walking path. Spotted Leaf Park, at 2955 Spotted Leaf Lane, has a basketball court, tennis courts, a playground, a pavilion and a lit path.
The Willows Community Center has a pool and is one of four centers run by The Summerlin Council, along with the Trails, Gardens and Vistas centers. D'Vorre and Hal Ober Elementary School, a K-5 school, opened in the village in 2000. Zoning is set by the Clark County School District and can change, so confirm the zoned schools for any address with CCSD.
Redfin lists a median sale price of $739,643 for the three months ending August 2026, at $279 per square foot, with 20 homes sold in August and a median of 63 days on market. One village-wide figure does not value a specific home, because prices depend on home age, size, condition and whether the home is inside Willow Creek.
Before you write an offer, ask for the HOA resale package to confirm current dues and what they cover, check whether Willow Creek or any sub-association charges separate dues, and compare the home's age, roof, HVAC and updates against recent sales on the same street.
