Summerlin’s own history page describes The Trails as a 573-acre mixed-use residential village. It lists single-family and multi-family neighborhoods, a community center, two parks, two houses of worship and a U.S. Post Office, and it dates the start of development to 1993. The Trails is in the Clark County School District. School assignment depends on the exact address, so confirm it with the district’s attendance zone lookup before you decide.
